Unlock: Level 100 DoW/DoM; complete MSQ 'Dawntrail' and the Occult Crescent quests up to 'Unfamiliar Territory', then speak to Lydirceil in Phantom Village for 'Arcane Artistry' and 'Forging the Phantasmal'.

Stage 1: Phantom Weapons Penumbrae (IL 745)
Collect 3 of each demiatma for Lydirceil in Phantom Village ('Forging the Phantasmal'), then buy 3 Arcanite from Ermina and exchange them with Dodokkuli.
- Demiatma drop rates: 20% per Critical Encounter, 5% per FATE (one-time step; later weapons only need the Arcanite).

Stage 2: Phantom Weapons Umbrae (IL 760)
Complete 'Keeping the Old Ways Alive' and 'Aether, Aether, Everywhere' for Lydirceil in Phantom Village, then trade 3 Waxing Arcanite and your Penumbrae weapon to Dodokkuli.
- One of each of the four roulettes daily fills the array in about 13–14 days (up to ~22 days worst case for blue). Abandoning the quest resets aether.

Complete 'Timeworn Techniques' and 'In Pursuit of Perfection' for Lydirceil in Phantom Village, then trade 3 Waning Arcanite and your Umbrae weapon to Dodokkuli.
- Crystal Paste is turned in over four hand-ins (100/200/300/600). Abandoning the quest resets progress.

Stage 5: Phantom Weapons Occultum (IL 795)
Fill the Knowledge Crystal for 'Final Phantasm' from Lydirceil in Phantom Village and choose your attributes; later weapons are a straight Eclipticum exchange with Dodokkuli.
- Complete 5 gold FATEs in each of Urqopacha, Kozama'uka and Yak T'el (plus listed enemy kills)
- Complete 5 gold FATEs in each of Shaaloani and Heritage Found (plus listed enemy kills)
- Complete 5 gold FATEs in Living Memory (plus listed enemy kills)
- Clear each of the five Dawntrail Lv91–99 leveling dungeons once
- Clear each of the eight Lv100 dungeons once
- Clear each of the seven Dawntrail normal trials once (excluding The Windward Wilds)
- Clear each of the three Echoes of Vana'diel alliance raids once
- Clear each of the 12 normal-mode Arcadion raids once
